By using the “One Hundred Questions” app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use this app.

3. Usage
One Hundred Questions is a party game meant for entertainment purposes only. You are responsible for your behavior while using the app.

4. In-App Purchases
The app offers paid content including question packs, game modes, and a premium unlock. All purchases are handled by Apple or Google. For refund requests, contact the respective store.

5. User-Generated Content
Users may submit custom-written questions during gameplay. These user-generated questions are transmitted to our servers for analysis and product improvement. No personal identifiers are collected or stored with these submissions. Photos or videos taken within the app are stored only locally and are never transmitted to our servers.

6. Third-Party Services
We use Google Crashlytics for error reporting. No personal data is stored or transmitted by this service.

7. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
